Shipping policy

Orders are shipped Nationwide Monday through Wednesday (excluding national holidays). Orders placed by 5pm EST ship the same business day. Customers will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of order changes. We recommend setting up text notifications with the USPS tracking number provided or download the Shop App.

At checkout, customers are provided an estimate of delivery of 1-3 business days once shipped (we cannot guarantee a specific day). 

It is important each perishable product is received within 4 days after shipped. If a package is delivered more than 4 days past the day it was shipped, please email us immediately at info@southernting.com with the order number.
