We do not accept cancellations for online product purchases. Once you have completed your order, it is prepared for shipment. It is important to ensure you have read the ingredients and agree with the purchase price before checkout. 

For instances where product was received in a condition that is unsafe to consume, defective, or damaged in transit you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery or pickup with a photo of the item's condition for a refund or replacement.
