For instances where product was received in a condition that is unsafe to consume, defective, or damaged in transit you must contact us within 24 hours after delivery or pickup with a photo of the item's condition for a refund or replacement.

All perishable items must be received within 4 days after shipped. If a package is delivered more than 4 days past the day it was shipped, please email us immediately at info@southernting.com with the order number for a refund or replacement.
