Perishable products are shipped with dry ice packs and must be refrigerated after delivery. We send shipment updates to customers via email only. However, we highly recommend also setting up text notifications via USPS.com or download the Shop App using the USPS tracking number provided.

At checkout, customers will be provided an estimate of delivery of 1-3 business days (we cannot guarantee a specific day). Due to unforeseen circumstances with USPS, there may be a slight delay. We ship orders every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders must be placed by 5pm EST to be shipped the same day. Customers will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of order changes.

If a package with a perishable item is delivered more than 4 days past the day it was shipped, please email us immediately at info@southernting.com or message us below with the order number for a refund or replacement.
