Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of black pepper
- 3 tsp of garlic powder
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of Every-Ting Sauce
- 1 lb salmon
Preparation:
- Thoroughly clean and dry salmon.
- Season salmon with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Every-Ting sauce.
- Let marinade for 30 minutes.
Cook:
- Heat skillet on medium to medium-high heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Cook salmon skin side down first for 6 minutes and then flip fillet and cook for another 3 minutes until well-done.
- Allow salmon to sit for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
