Roasted Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  •  1/4 cup of Every-Ting sauce
  • 1 whole chicken
  •  1 tbsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tsp of Jamaican allspice
  • 2 tsp of dried thyme
  • 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil

 

Cook:

  1. Add 1/4 cup medium or spicy Every-Ting Sauce to a liquid measuring cup
  2. Add to your cup 1 Tbs salt
  3. Add 2 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, Jamaican allspice, dried thyme, and olive oil
  4. Mix well and fully coat chicken with mixture. Be sure to put mixture under the skin. (At this stage you can marinate the chicken and cook later)
  5. Roast on a lined baking tray for about an hour basting about every 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let it rest for 10-20 minutes and enjoy!
