Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of Every-Ting sauce
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of Jamaican allspice
- 2 tsp of dried thyme
- 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
Cook:
- Add 1/4 cup medium or spicy Every-Ting Sauce to a liquid measuring cup
- Add to your cup 1 Tbs salt
- Add 2 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, Jamaican allspice, dried thyme, and olive oil
- Mix well and fully coat chicken with mixture. Be sure to put mixture under the skin. (At this stage you can marinate the chicken and cook later)
- Roast on a lined baking tray for about an hour basting about every 15-20 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10-20 minutes and enjoy!
