Ingredients
● 2 tbsp of salt● 2 tbsp of pepper
● 2 tbsp of garlic powder
● 1⁄2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
● 2 tbsp of smoked paprika
● 1⁄4 cup of brown sugar
● ~2 tbsp of yellow mustard per side of ribs
● 1 rack of ribs
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
 - Clean and dry ribs completely.
 - Spread yellow mustard on both sides of ribs.
 - Season both sides of ribs with salt and pepper.
 - Make a rub with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, brown sugar.
 - Mix rub and spread generously over both sides of ribs.
 - Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
 - Place ribs faced up on a cookie sheet.
 
Cook:
- Bake ribs for 2 1⁄2 hours until fork tender.
 - Remove ribs then base the ribs with our Signature Every-Ting Sauce.
 - 
Cover ribs tightly with foil and then place ribs back in the oven for another 30 minutes at
350 °F. - Remove ribs from the oven.
 - Preheat oven to 425 °F.
 - Uncover ribs and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes then ready to serve.
 
Notes: Notes: For a thicker glaze on ribs, reduce Every-Ting sauce down in small sauce pan uncovered on medium high heat. Stir occasionally until desired thickness. Ribs should be falling off the bone tender.
