Baked Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

●  2 tbsp of salt
●  2 tbsp of pepper
●  2 tbsp of garlic powder
●  1⁄2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
●  2 tbsp of smoked paprika
●  1⁄4 cup of brown sugar
●  ~2 tbsp of yellow mustard per side of ribs
●  1 rack of ribs
 

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Clean and dry ribs completely.
  3. Spread yellow mustard on both sides of ribs.
  4. Season both sides of ribs with salt and pepper.
  5. Make a rub with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, brown sugar.
  6. Mix rub and spread generously over both sides of ribs.
  7. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Place ribs faced up on a cookie sheet.

Cook:

  1. Bake ribs for 2 1⁄2 hours until fork tender.
  2. Remove ribs then base the ribs with our Signature Every-Ting Sauce.
  3. Cover ribs tightly with foil and then place ribs back in the oven for another 30 minutes at 

    350 °F.
  4. Remove ribs from the oven.
  5. Preheat oven to 425 °F.
  6. Uncover ribs and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes then ready to serve.

NotesNotes: For a thicker glaze on ribs, reduce Every-Ting sauce down in small sauce pan uncovered on medium high heat. Stir occasionally until desired thickness. Ribs should be falling off the bone tender.
